1Sa 1:2 And he had two wives; the name of the one was Hannah, and the name of the other Peninnah: and Peninnah had children, but Hannah had no children.
1Sa 1:3 And this man went up out of his city yearly to worship and to sacrifice unto the LORD of hosts in Shiloh. And the two sons of Eli, Hophni and Phinehas, the priests of the LORD, were there.
1Sa 1:4 And when the time was that Elkanah offered, he gave to Peninnah his wife, and to all her sons and her daughters, portions:
1Sa 1:5 But unto Hannah he gave a worthy portion; for he loved Hannah: but the LORD had shut up her womb.
1Sa 1:6 And her adversary also provoked her sore, for to make her fret, because the LORD had shut up her womb.
1Sa 1:7 And as he did so year by year, when she went up to the house of the LORD, so she provoked her; therefore she wept, and did not eat.
1Sa 1:8 Then said Elkanah her husband to her, Hannah, why weepest thou? and why eatest thou not? and why is thy heart grieved? am not I better to thee than ten sons?
1Sa 1:9 So Hannah rose up after they had eaten in Shiloh, and after they had drunk. Now Eli the priest sat upon a seat by a post of the temple of the LORD.
1Sa 1:10 And she was in bitterness of soul, and prayed unto the LORD, and wept sore.
1Sa 1:11 And she vowed a vow, and said, O LORD of hosts, if thou wilt indeed look on the affliction of thine handmaid, and remember me, and not forget thine handmaid, but wilt give unto thine handmaid a man child, then I will give him unto the LORD all the days of his life, and there shall no razor come upon his head.
1Sa 1:12 And it came to pass, as she continued praying before the LORD, that Eli marked her mouth.
1Sa 1:13 Now Hannah, she spake in her heart; only her lips moved, but her voice was not heard: therefore Eli thought she had been drunken.
1Sa 1:14 And Eli said unto her, How long wilt thou be drunken? put away thy wine from thee.
1Sa 1:15 And Hannah answered and said, No, my lord, I am a woman of a sorrowful spirit: I have drunk neither wine nor strong drink, but have poured out my soul before the LORD.
1Sa 1:16 Count not thine handmaid for a daughter of Belial: for out of the abundance of my complaint and grief have I spoken hitherto.
1Sa 1:17 Then Eli answered and said, Go in peace: and the God of Israel grant thee thy petition that thou hast asked of him.
1Sa 1:18 And she said, Let thine handmaid find grace in thy sight. So the woman went her way, and did eat, and her countenance was no more sad.
1Sa 1:19 And they rose up in the morning early, and worshipped before the LORD, and returned, and came to their house to Ramah: and Elkanah knew Hannah his wife; and the LORD remembered her.
1Sa 1:20 Wherefore it came to pass, when the time was come about after Hannah had conceived, that she bare a son, and called his name Samuel, saying, Because I have asked him of the LORD.
1Sa 1:28 Therefore also I have lent him to the LORD; as long as he liveth he shall be lent to the LORD. And he worshipped the LORD there.

Dear Brother, Praise The Lord.Thanks for your prayers. God has been kind to bless me with a new job.I will be joining there on xxth xxx.Please pray that God may bless me with the wisdom and knowledge for executing my duties well in the new job.Please pray that God may bless me with good friends and keep me away from office politics and gossips and all evil.

My major worry now is a baby.Please pray that God may pour his grace and mercy on us and bless us with a child. Glory be to the Lord.

Dear pastor

thank you for the site to submit prayer request. since last xxxx my wife -xxxxx, xxyrs, having two children have been possessed by spirit of pride and began to behave with me and children like dictator in the family and causing lot of damage in the family. one TPM gifted brother said she has been attacked by witch spirits done by some wicked persons. now she demands divorce without any reason. prayers have been offered on behalf her every where but no result & comfort. i am in fear and great confusion and my children have been terrified by this. my health condition has also collapsed. please i humbly request you all to pray and give me comfort in the lord. May the lord do a miracle right now. thanks

We are a newly registered charitable Trust, Holy Word Inland Mission at Karani, Wayanad, Kerala, India. We have a project, “Jesus Care Center” for poor and needy terminally ill patients. Our vision is to do Gospel works through charitable activities.

Now I am facing difficult to find financial resources for this charitable trust and the project. I have to meet the urgent needs of the Mission for the project. But now Iam facing financial crisis and not able to go ahead. Urgently I need your prayer support with us now.

Pls Pray for me to stop my divorce and restore marriage

Due to some reasons and pressure from the elders from both the sides I have or had to agree to the terms of divorce by mutual consent and Filed it on xx-xx-2012 but I don't want divorce....

Our final court date for Divorce is scheduled on xx-xx-2013..

I'm a born-again christian and took accepted Jesus as my Lord and Saviour in xx-xx-xx..

Please pray that God send my husband for Good and open the communication lines between us,to Speak to my husband, soften his heart, and return him to our marriage.

to strengthen the relationship between my husband and me! That any barriers between us will be removed permanently and that we may have a lifetime of happiness and love together

I'm the eldest daughter in my family and I have 2 younger sisters and one younger brother to get married..It is so hard and difficult for my family members to watch this...

Pray for reconciliation of my marriage and stop the divorce case.

I want to make a special prayer request to my aunt who lives in UK.A few months ago she had apply to her viza, but still there is no any reply from them.So,please pray for her to have a good news from them.Also I want to make another prayer for me and my family. My father had passed away one and a half years ago.Myself and my sister still engage with our education. There is my mother and my mothers elder sister in my family. Without any income God has provide our all wants and needs, with his grace and mighty power.Also this year i'm going to apply for a job, so i want your prayer .
